PMLE Jungle Juice is a study guide written, owned, and operated by Ranbir Mazumdar ("I", "me"). These terms cover the book in all its forms: the reading site at junglejuice77.com, the PMLE Jungle Juice iOS app, and everything in them · the chapters, the 77 decision rules, the practice questions, and their explanations (together, "the content"). By creating an account, redeeming an access code, or using the site or app, you agree to these terms.

1. Your License

When you buy the bundle, or redeem an access code, you get a personal, non-transferable license to read and use the content for your own exam preparation, on the site and in the app, for as long as they operate and for as long as you hold access. You own your progress; I own the content. This is a license, not a sale of the content.

2. One Reader Per Account

Your account is yours alone, whether your access came from a purchase or an access code. Either one unlocks one account, and one account belongs to one person. Don't share your sign-in, and don't resell or transfer your access.

3. What You May Not Do

Copy, redistribute, publish, or publicly post the content or any substantial part of it · including the practice questions and the decision rules · anywhere, in any form.
Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or systematically extract the content.
Use the content to train, fine-tune, or ground any machine-learning or AI system.
Circumvent the access gate or any technical protection on the site or app.

Printing a chapter for your own reading, quoting brief passages with attribution, and everything fair use allows are all fine.

4. Ownership

The content is © 2026 Ranbir Mazumdar, all rights reserved. Served pages carry account-specific markings; if content leaks, those markings identify the account it came from. Google, Google Cloud, and Professional Machine Learning Engineer are trademarks of Google LLC · this is an independent publication, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

5. If These Terms Are Broken

If an account is used to redistribute the content or otherwise materially break these terms, I may suspend or terminate its access without refund. I'd rather never do this, and will contact you first when that's reasonable.

6. Purchases and Refunds

The bundle is sold through Paddle.com, my merchant of record. Paddle runs the checkout and handles your payment details, invoices, and any sales tax or VAT; your receipt comes from Paddle.

Every purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the book isn't what you needed, ask within 30 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund of the price you paid, no questions asked. Request it by replying to your Paddle receipt email, or by emailing me at support@junglejuice77.com from the email you bought under.

A refund ends the license: when the refund is issued, the account's access to the reader and the app is revoked. This guarantee is in addition to, not instead of, any rights your local consumer law gives you.

Access granted by a complimentary or promotional code is not a purchase, and there is nothing to refund.

7. No Promises About the Exam

This is study material, not a guarantee. I keep the content current and accurate to the best of my ability, but the site, app, and content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and I don't promise any particular exam outcome. Google changes its exams; no study guide controls that.

8. Limit of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability for anything arising out of the site, app, or content is limited to the amount you paid for access.

9. Changes and Housekeeping

Accounts and access run on Supabase; signing in sets the cookies the access gate needs, and nothing else is tracked. I may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
